این سریال داستان یک پری 699 ساله است که از دوره گوریو تاکنون زندگی کرده؛ از وقتی یه هیزم شکن لباس هاش رو دزدید دیگه نتونست به بهشت برگرده. او با هیزم شکن ازدواج میکنه ولی بعد مدتی شوهرش از صخره میفته و میمیره. او به امید بازگشت دوباره شوهرش به زندگی، در زمان مدرن و حال به عنوان یک قهوه چی مشغول کاره و ظاهر انسانی پیر به خود گرفته اما تنها عده کمی میتوانند زیبایی و جوانی او را ببینند.
